Resume Please is a mobile application that allows users to create, edit, and export professional resumes. The App provides templates, formatting tools, and export capabilities to help users build effective resumes for job applications.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the App, including your resume data and personal information. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable app store policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Please shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App or sending you an email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
